Job Description:

 Position:         Asst. Manager - HR & Admin

Location:        Mumbai

Experience:    8 - 9 Years

Industries:     Plastic

 

Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Identification, negotiation and coordination with recruitment consultants.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, including, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Processing Payroll:

  • Collecting and verification of plant attendance.
  • Calculate and process employee salaries, and deductions.
  • Generation of payroll and ensure accuracy in payroll resolve any discrepancies.
  • Execution of Apprentice process and stipend.
  • Managing statutory compliances.

Performance Management System:

  • Initiate Goal Setting, Performance Planning, Performance Improvement Plans, 360 Degree Feedback,
  • Utilize performance management software to streamline the process, automate data collection, and provide analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Defining ratings in Annual PMS.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure labour compliance with company policies and statute.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.

 Learning & Development:

  • Design and develop effective training programs, modules, and materials based on organizational needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions through various methods, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
  • Conduct assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs.
  • Analyze performance gaps and develop strategies to address them through training and development initiatives.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation methods such as surveys, assessments, and feedback, also to maintain the quality and consistency of training content and delivery.

 HR initiatives-

  • Work collaboratively with location HR and concern departments.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Address employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Drafting HR Policies and SOPs. Communicate HR policies and changes to employees.
  • Support and organizing HR initiatives, projects and events.

Required Skills:

  • Must have experience of handling multiple locations.
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws & Compliances.
  • Good knowledge of Payroll Administration and PMS.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Leadership Qualities
  • Positive Attitude towards responsibility.

Required Qualification: - MBA/PGDM - HR/MSW

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
