Position:      Associate Manager - SCM

Location:      Vapi

Experience:    8 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire planning for the Plant that includes Raw material and packing material planning, Production planning, Tolling activity and dispatch planning.
• Looking Operations of the In-house Plant & Tolling Site, Enhancing Productivity and achieving Production Targets. Production planning and scheduling.
• Finalizing annual production plan based on Annual sales plan.
• Giving visibility to procurement team for 3-to-6-month requirements.
• Looking after RM/PM stores and managing stores team.
• Looking after dispatches and managing logistics team.
• Taking the lead in preparing an action plan for slow-moving and non-moving items.
• Ensuring zero deviation in SAP vs physcial stock (For better planning).
• Analysing yield & reviewing bills of material against actual usage to ensure accuracy of stock & stock levels.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders; troubleshooting any issues. 
• Imparting training to subordinates to ensure operational efficiency and ensuring meeting with the targets.
