Position:          Executive - QA

Location:         Vapi

Experience:      4 - 6 Years

Responsibilities:

• To participate in Lab-QA activity and to supervise and monitor the LAB-QA team.
• To review the Analytical Raw Data and Audit Trail Reports.
• To participate in Electronic data review on HPLC as Lab-QA
• To review the QMS documents for Closure i.e. Change Controls, Deviation,
• Incidents, Market complaints, and CAPA within respective TCDs. To prepare and review the Trend Reports of QMS documents.
• To ensure implementation of impacts during handling of QMS documents.
• To participate in investigation activities in case of OOS or OOT.
• To Review the Lab Incident for Closure.
• To Review APQR Reports and ensure the completion of APQR preparation within defined time limit.
• To handle Training activity and training records.
• To participate in Audit compliance Activity.
• To review document numbering and control system.
• To prepare departmental SOPs and Review updated SOP index.
• To review other departmental SOPs and ensure effective implementation of revised or New SOPs.
• To prepare Quality Management Review Report.
• To prepare Job Responsibility, Organogram of QA department employees.
• To review QA and other departmental Logbooks.
• To ensure distribution of party documents to other departments. 
• To participate in Vendor Qualification activity.
• To participate in Self inspection activity as per schedule.
• To ensure approval and distribution of Artworks and shade cards.
• To ensure any other work assigned by Asst. Manager-QA

Required Qualification: - B.Pharma/M.Pharma/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
