Job Description:

Position:          Sr. Executive -QC 

Location:         Vatva - Ahmedabad 

Experience:     6-8 YEARS

Industries:      Chemical

Responsibilities:

• To conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods or stability samples.
• To calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment.
• To compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses as per STP.
• To complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks / inventory forms.
• Evaluate analytical methods and procedures to determine how they might be improved.
• Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
• To interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
• Investigate and report questionable test results.
• Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods and protocols.
• Ensure 100% chemical compliance to standards through scheduled checks and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Undertake corrective action on quality of raw materials and packaging with Material Management department
• Train Lab Assistants to perform Lab tests
• He should aware about audit related all documentation and its records activities.
• Preparation of Certificate of analysis (COA) and reporting to QC Manager.
• Knowledge of Oracle Documentation is preferable.
• Knowledge of an application of optical brightening agents on paper/textile for Whiteness, brightnes etc. is preferable.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc- Chemistry
