Job Description:
Position: Manager / Sr. Manager -Business Excellence
Location: Dahej
Experience: 10- 12 Years
Industries: Chemical MNC
Responsibilities:
- Driving process improvement projects by leveraging lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques
- Challenging and supporting site leadership team to drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Work as a change agent and partner with site stakeholders to ensure consistent and steady progress in accordance with Business Excellence Roadmap/Strategy.
- Working with plant team to identify the flow improvement opportunities and cost optimization opportunities and support site team to execute the identified projects/ programs.
- Build site dashboards to track, monitor, and report improvements. Use statistical methods and techniques gap analysis for improvement, monitor the results, and help site leadership to drive improvement initiatives.
- Horizontal deployments and spreading the learnings across products, business lines, plants etc.
- Provide training to site team on various tool and techniques of Business Excellence.
- Support in designing and preparing B. Ex. Related MIS required by Senior Management/ Corp. Offices.
- Must have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Must have knowledge of Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
- Awareness of QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Aware about the safety norms
- Industrial Processes/ Practices
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good Project Management skills
- High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Ability to influence and build relationships, motivating and inspiring others through effective communication and presentation skills.
- Verbal & Written Communication (English)
Required Qualification: - BE/B.tech – Chemical
Salary :- Upto to 20.00 LPA
