Job Description:

Position:        EHS Executive

Location:       Vapi

Experience:    5- 8 Years

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:        

• Design and Implement Safety procedures for the Site
• Conduct regular Site Safety Audits
• Prepare and conduct yearly safety training calendar
• Organise 3 rd party Safety training for Site personnel
• Prepare yearly Emergency response plan and conduct drills
• Monitor and maintain Site safety KPI data
• Suggest and implement Safety best practises
• Issuance of safety work permits on daily basis, Safety trainings, safety audits, development of protocols for safety operations of systems, Mock drills.
• Provide appropriate PPE and ensure its correct use and maintenance.
• Ensure that accidents or near misses are quickly and competently investigated with employee involvement, documented, and the necessary steps are promptly taken to prevent a recurrence.
• Liaison with the state GPCB and other EHS related depts
• Coordination with engineering team for proper preventive maintenance of Fire hydrant and Fire sprinkler systems, periodic revalidation of Fire alarm safety, etc.
• Conducting tool box talk, Other Day to Day work of Plant Safety.

• Should have good exposure in Safety & environment and its procedures.
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Team working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Confidence to respond positively when under pressure
• People-management skills.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech- Chemical + ADIS/PDIS

Salary:- Upto 6.00 LPA
