Job Description:

Position:          Store Incharge 

Location:         Vapi  

Experience:     7- 10  Years

Industries:      Chemical 

Responsibilities:

• Unloading and storage of the materials in the designated place to avoid contamination and ensure labelling of the materials as per SOP.
• Packing of FG as per requirement and dispatch as per the SOC (sales order confirmation).
• Ensure timely handover of RM as per requirement to the production department and ensure FIFO system in the department.
• Ensure data in SAP as per SOP RM/SFG/FG and packing materials stock management and verification.
• Handling audit as per ISO and client requirements and documentation as per SOP and query handling.
• Ensure safety norms inside the department to store and transfer materials in compliance with 5S practices.
• Ensure HAZOP, AIR, and HIRA of the own department and ensure no spillage of materials to avoid contamination of the floor and loss of material.
• Ensure good housekeeping and hygiene practices in stores and maintain and examine display boards periodically.
• Separate RSPO-approved raw materials from non-RSPO-certified materials.                    
• Ensure scrap management in accordance with SOP and audit requirements.                     
• Ensure that TQM and 5S practices are followed throughout the department.

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
