Job Description:

Position:          Sr. Manager -Production (Hydrogenation)

Location:         Dahej - Bharuch

Experience:      15 - 20 Years

Industries:       Chemical

Responsibilities:

• To ensure proper safety measures/procedures are taken/followed at all time in Plant. 
• To ensure adherence to production plan as per the batch cycle and check the production plan with respect to the schedule.
• Ensures preparation of daily / weekly/ monthly/annual production plans in order to attain maximum efficiency at optimal cost. 
• To ensure optimal use of resources without compromising on quality of product. 
• To plan for the manpower requirements to accomplish the production targets on schedule and also plan batch size & cycle time as per the reactor.
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed. 
• To prepare daily worksheets for subordinates working in different shifts.  
• To prepare & submit daily production plan, status & shift wise plan reports to the Unit Head. 
• To plan and coordinate with:
• Stores department on raw material status in relation with the plan and rescheduling,If need be 
• Maintenance department on routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance and to schedule shutdown.
• Dispatch department on prioritizing batches & their size and in an emergency which calls for reproduction.
• Ensures that working environment, production process and products meet with standard quality requirements and good manufacturing practices. 
• Trains and develops subordinates to enhance teamwork, multi skilling and improve overall productivity/quality/safety/technical knowledge and conduct their performance appraisals.
• Responsible for people management including career growth of the employee working with him.

Required Skills

• Candidate must have experience in Chemical Manufacturing industries (Hydrogenation).
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Manager & DCS Operation.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical

Salary :- Upto 17.00 LPA
