Position:       Sr. Manager QC

Location:      Panoli near by Ankleshwar

Experience:  15 - 20 Years

Responsibilities:        

• Ensuring/Monitoring of GLP, GMP, GDP, Quality Management System in Quality Control Laboratory and identify the gaps and setup the Quality Control laboratory.
• Ensuring the Reviews of the Standard Operating Procedures/Specifications/Calibrations Records/Working standards records based on requirements.
• Arrangement of daily meetings with sectional persons and inter departmental persons to support production sample analysis plans.
• Ensuring/Performing the gap analysis and address the observation with effective CAPA.
• Ensuring for Laboratory support team which covers testing of materials, Calibrations of all Quality.
• Control instruments, Preparation & maintenance of working standards, Primary standards/Reference standards.
• Responsible to Making changes for GLP improvements and how to implement them in Quality Control Laboratory by coordinating with Quality assurance.
• Budget &Plan for Quality Control Laboratory Instrument/glassware/chemicals & manpower.
• Monitoring/Ensuring the training in the Quality Control Laboratory
• To ensure the Safety in Quality Control Laboratory.
• Communicate QC information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors or contractors.
• Monitor performance of QC systems to ensure effectiveness &efficiency .
• Supervise the QC department functions &activities& monitor.
• Support & participate in all internal/external audits and their compliance.
