Position:          Mechanical Maintenance-Fitter

Location:         Vapi, Gujarat.

Experience:     3-4 YEARS

Industries:       Chemical

Responsibilities:

• To Effectively run the plant maintenance and monitor the service of the plant equipment, to ensure technical resources support the effective and efficient operation in production and daily operation of the plant.
• To manage the day to day operations of the plant.
• Complete understanding of the skills and experience required to perform Mechanical fitter job.
• Fault finding of all Mechanically performed instruments.
• Co- ordination with other departments
• Breakdown Analysis & Preventive Maintenance of the whole plant.
• Recording of all data in plant log book.
• Preventive Maintenance of all utility & process equipments to be carried out & recoded as per check list.
• Job cards related with production, utilities, ware house & admin to be closed within a day or two.
• Spares inventories to be maintained to minimized breakdowns.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - ITI- Fitter

Salary :- 2.40 LPA
