Position: Head - Engineering
Location: Sarigam, Near by Vapi,Gujarat.
Experience: 10-18 YEARS

Responsibilities:
- Heading the Engineering and Maintenance of the plants.
- Engineering function includes, Mechanical, Electrical and Utilities
- Maintain & update QMS/EHS/OHSAS documents
- Preparation of Annual Plans for Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of the Plant including Utilities
- Adherence to PM Schedule
- Monitoring & Control MTBF & MTTR
- Ensuring maintenance activities are carried out as per the plans
- Management of Annual Shutdown of plant and Machineries
- Educating team & driving adoption of TPM principles for maintaining health of machinery.
- prepares and Schedules Training to Cover Emergency Procedures, Workplace Safety, and other Relevant Topics.
- Maintain & update QMS/EHS/OHSAS documents
- Working knowledge of Utilities as Chillers, Air compressors, Equipment as Reactors, GLRs, Blenders, centrifuges & PLC / SCADA system
Required Skills
- B.Tech (Mech) with 10 -16 years of exp in eng. function in a Chemical/API-Pharma Industries.
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification: - B.Tech (Mech)
Salary :- 12.00-13.00 LPA
