Position:          Production Officer

Location:         Vapi, Gujarat.

Experience:     3.5- 4 YEARS

Industries:       Pharma-API

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shift production quantity & quality as well as maintenance.
• Responsible for plant housekeeping.
• Monitor plant to ensure efficient production, Yield ratio & Daily production M.I.S.
• Responsible for overall functioning of the plant which includes achieving the highest level efficiency in productivity, leading production, project, Maintenance team, Monitoring of product quality & related activities, cost reduction, Plant Administration etc.
• To ensure that manufacturing process runs reliably, efficiently & safely.
• Planning and organizing production schedules.
• Support the plant management in order to achieve successful implementation and compliance with the Company's safety standards and directives.
• To identify continuous improvement projects, proposing any changes in working practices, developing new process in the plant.
• To provide detailed problem analysis for engineering solutions to process problems in conjunction with production management and operators.
• To introduce process control parameters and facilitate the operators to carry out the same as an on-going practice.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc-Chemistry/B.E/B.Tech-Chemical
