Job Description
- Responsible for the entire dispatch activity of finished goods from factory
- Preparation of invoices along with other documents accompanying the shipments
- Arrangement of vehicles for despatching to customers while ensuring full load ability.
- Co-ordination with transport agencies/inspection authorities for ensuring inspection of export dispatches.
- Preparing Manual GRN & attaching & filing invoice, PDI & quality reports to GRN.
- Updation of inward Register & checking of security Gate entry.
